Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully received and verified.
Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or U.S. federal holidays.
During periods of high demand, promotional events, or holidays, processing times may be extended.
Shipping Times

United States
Standard Shipping: 7–15 business days
Expedited Shipping (if available): Delivery estimates will be displayed at checkout.

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout based on the customer's location and selected shipping method.
We may offer free shipping promotions from time to time. Any applicable free shipping thresholds will be clearly displayed on our website.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number.
Tracking information may take up to 72 hours to update after shipment.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided and the package is returned to us, additional shipping fees may apply to reship the order.
We are not responsible for delays or delivery failures resulting from incorrect address information supplied by the customer.
Delivery Delays
While we strive to meet all estimated delivery times, delays may occur due to:

We are not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers or events outside our reasonable control.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide photos of the packaging and product.
If your package is lost in transit, please contact us so we can initiate an investigation with the carrier.
Once a package has been marked as delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for stolen packages. Customers should contact the carrier directly or local authorities regarding package theft.
Undeliverable Packages
Orders returned to us as undeliverable due to customer-related issues (including incorrect addresses, refusal of delivery, or failure to collect the package) may be subject to:
Return shipping fees
Reshipping charges
Partial refunds after applicable shipping and handling costs are deducted
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
For domestic U.S. orders, applicable taxes will be calculated at checkout where required by law.
If international shipping is offered, customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by their local authorities unless otherwise stated.
Order Changes and Cancellations
Orders may only be modified or canceled within 12 hours of placement.
Once an order has entered processing or has been shipped, it cannot be canceled or modified.
